Trevor and Robin started Night Heron Bread during COVID. Trevor was a lead bread baker at Tartine, but once the pandemic hit, he could no longer work there due to his congenital heart condition. Trevor always wanted to start a bakery and what better time than during COVID. They converted their home garage into a mini bakery and started selling their breads in their local neighborhood of Alameda.
Fast forward 5 years, Trevor and Robin have grown their bakery production into a full-time business.
